Meet the Doctors
Dr. Melissa Renz
Dr. Melissa Renz, DDS, was born and raised in Michigan, growing up in Sterling Heights. She completed her undergrad at Michigan State University, then moved to Ann Arbor to attend dental school at University of Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2010, and still resides in Ann Arbor with her husband Andrew, daughters Charlie and Parker, and dog Desi. Dr. Renz is committed to high-quality, state-of-the-art dentistry with an emphasis on comfort, education, and treatment of all her patients as individuals and friends. She looks forward to providing services to the Saline community in a kid-friendly, family dentistry atmosphere. In her spare time, Dr. Renz is a travel enthusiast. Some of her most notable adventures include traveling to Europe, one her favorite spots being Mykonos, Greece.

Dr. Kaitlin Monash
Dr. Kaitlin Monash has been passionate about the field of dentistry since she could first grip a toothbrush. She loves dentistry because it combines her favorite things: art, science, education and it enables her to form close relationships with patients. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan in 2010 alongside Dr. Renz. After dental school, Dr. Monash attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program through the Lutheran Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. She enjoys committing her time to continuing education to stay current with the new advances in dental medicine and technology.
Dr. Monash resides in Dexter, Michigan with her husband, Jeff and their dog, Belle. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and is an avid watercolor painter. She and her husband are looking forward to welcoming their first son this upcoming January!
